
Vice President, Client Success Partner
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Vice President, Client Success Partner to join the team at TTEC! The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully leading teams and developing customer relationships. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, interpersonal savvy, and technical aptitude.The Vice President, Client Success Partner is responsible for driving the success of our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support, and helping build relationships that foster growth. You will lead a team of Client Success Managers, providing guidance, leadership, and mentorship to ensure that our clients’ needs are met. To be successful in this role, you must be a customer-focused leader who is able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is strongly desired. You should also have extensive experience in developing and managing customer relationships and a deep understanding of customer success best practices. Additionally, you must demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Client Success Managers and provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to ensure client needs are met.
- Develop and manage customer relationships and foster growth.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support.
- Develop and implement customer success best practices.
- Analyze customer data and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement customer success initiatives.
