
Technical Support Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Representative to join TTEC's team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide excellent customer service to our clients and help them troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter. You will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely resolution to client inquiries. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, and have a knack for problem solving. Responsibilities of a Technical Support Representative:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance to resolve customer issues.
- Diagnose customer technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries.
- Research and stay up to date on new products and services.
