- Lead and manage a team of specialists to ensure their success in meeting team and company goals.
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide clear direction and feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment to motivate team members and promote productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and exceed customer service expectations.
- Monitor and analyze team metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Train and onboard new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Serve as a point of escalation for any customer service issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other team leads and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team processes and procedures.
- Represent the team and company in a professional manner, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Customer Service Or Contact Center Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Team Goals And Objectives.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Customer Service Principles And Practices, As Well As Experience With Contact Center Technology And Software.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Or Equivalent Work Experience.
