Design and implement Windows server infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Windows systems, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
Plan and execute Windows system upgrades and migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Manage and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy.
Develop and maintain documentation related to Windows systems and processes.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Windows technologies and industry trends.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the performance and reliability of Windows systems.
Conduct regular maintenance and patching of Windows servers.
Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Communicate with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Senior Systems Engineering Role, Specifically With Windows Operating Systems.
Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, And Group Policy.
Experience Working With Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware Or Hyper-V.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex System Issues And Outages.
