Job Description

TTEC is looking for an experienced Senior Windows Systems Engineer with a passion for technology to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Windows Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the Windows Server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of Windows Server experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Other required qualifications include a deep understanding of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, scripting, and network security. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. This position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to multi-task with very little supervision. Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and support the Windows Server infrastructure.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root cause, and develop solutions.
Monitor system performance and maintain system security.
Create and maintain scripts for system automation and management.
Coordinate with other IT staff to ensure optimal server performance.
Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the server systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for server systems.
Monitor and maintain network security.
Provide technical support for server-related issues.
Research and recommend new technologies and tools for server systems.
