Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant to join our team here at TTEC. The ideal candidate will have a knack for data analysis and drive to take on complex projects, while working in a highly collaborative environment. The Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant will be responsible for leading projects in data analysis and visualizing the insights to inform marketing strategy. To be successful in this role, you should have a comprehensive understanding of data analysis and visualization software. You should also be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related field• Advanced understanding of statistics, data analysis methods, and data visualization• Experience working with data science tools such as R, Python, or Tableau• Proficiency in MS Office and SQL• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities of a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant:

• Lead projects in data analysis and visualization to inform marketing strategy. • Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights. • Utilize data science tools such as R, Python, or Tableau. • Create data visualizations to effectively communicate results. • Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and develop solutions to complex analytical problems. • Develop and implement methods and strategies to track and analyze performance metrics. • Perform data mining and predictive analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Monitor and improve data accuracy and integrity. • Present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
