Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

At TTEC, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Quality Assurance to lead our Quality Assurance efforts with a focus on ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated and experienced leader with a passion for quality assurance, a focus on process improvement, and the ability to lead a team of professionals.The Senior Manager of Quality Assurance will be responsible for developing and executing quality assurance plans and goals in alignment with TTEC’s strategic vision. The Senior Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards.We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications: an advanced degree in Quality Assurance or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance position, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute quality assurance plans and goals in alignment with TTEC’s strategic vision.
2. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure products and services meet the highest quality standards.
3. Lead and motivate a team of Quality Assurance professionals.
4. Analyze processes and implement process improvement methods.
5. Monitor and report on quality assurance activities.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
7. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on quality assurance initiatives.
8. Develop and maintain quality assurance training materials and programs.
9. Establish and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures.
10. Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
