Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in TTEC's Contact Center, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional customer care to our clients. We are looking for an experienced RN who is passionate about delivering quality healthcare services and has a strong commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong aptitude for problem solving. A successful RN in our Contact Center will have a professional and compassionate demeanor, as well as a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer care to clients in the contact center
  2. Utilize clinical experience and medical knowledge to assess and address customer inquiries
  3. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while interacting with clients
  4. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to troubleshoot customer issues
  5. Utilize problem solving skills to resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner
  6. Maintain a keen eye for detail when assessing customer inquiries
  7. Update customer records with accurate information
  8. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare services

Job Qualifications
