Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain efficient and effective real-time workforce management systems and processes.
2. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in scheduling and workforce management.
3. Monitor and adjust workforce performance and utilization in response to customer demand.
4. Create and manage accurate and timely schedules for staff in order to meet customer needs.
5. Monitor performance against schedules and identify areas of improvement.
6. Work closely with team members to resolve scheduling and workforce management issues.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
8. Analyze trends and recommend changes to improve efficiency and performance.
9. Develop and maintain metrics to monitor workforce performance.
10. Provide training and orientation on workforce management systems and procedures.
