Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Real Time Analyst At Ttec Must Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Monitor And Analyze Real-Time Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Optimize Workforce Management.

  • Proficiency In Workforce Management Tools: Ttec's Real Time Analyst Must Be Proficient In Using Workforce Management Tools Such As Aspect, Nice, Or Verint To Track And Manage Real-Time Metrics.

  • Prior Experience In Call Center Operations: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Call Center Operations Is Required For The Real Time Analyst Role At Ttec. This Experience Helps In Understanding Call Center Metrics And Making Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Real Time Analyst At Ttec As They Need To Collaborate With Various Teams, Including Operations, Training, And It, To Ensure Seamless Execution Of Workforce Management Strategies.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Ttec Operates 24/7, And The Real Time Analyst Must Be Flexible To Work In Different Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays. They Must Also Be Adaptable To Changing Priorities And Demands In A Fast-Paced Call Center Environment.
