Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Real Time Analyst At Ttec Must Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Monitor And Analyze Real-Time Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Optimize Workforce Management.
Proficiency In Workforce Management Tools: Ttec's Real Time Analyst Must Be Proficient In Using Workforce Management Tools Such As Aspect, Nice, Or Verint To Track And Manage Real-Time Metrics.
Prior Experience In Call Center Operations: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Call Center Operations Is Required For The Real Time Analyst Role At Ttec. This Experience Helps In Understanding Call Center Metrics And Making Informed Decisions.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Real Time Analyst At Ttec As They Need To Collaborate With Various Teams, Including Operations, Training, And It, To Ensure Seamless Execution Of Workforce Management Strategies.
Flexibility And Adaptability: Ttec Operates 24/7, And The Real Time Analyst Must Be Flexible To Work In Different Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays. They Must Also Be Adaptable To Changing Priorities And Demands In A Fast-Paced Call Center Environment.
