  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the security of sensitive information for government clients.
  2. Monitor and analyze potential security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats to identify any potential gaps in the information security system.
  3. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security measures to protect data and systems.
  5. Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve the information security program.
  6. Train and educate employees on information security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation of security processes, procedures, and protocols.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and incident response plans.
  10. Work with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of shared data and systems.
  11. Communicate security-related updates and developments to stakeholders, including senior management and government clients.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  13. Collaborate with government agencies and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
  14. Identify and recommend areas for improvement in the information security program.
  15. Support and assist in any other information security-related tasks or projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Information Security, Preferably In A Public Sector Or Government Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Security Frameworks And Regulations Such As Nist, Fisma, And Hipaa.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security, Vulnerability Management, And Incident Response Protocols.

  • Familiarity With Security Tools And Technologies Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Encryption Methods.
