Do you have the skills and experience necessary to take on an important role in our payroll team as the PH Payroll Associate Analyst at TTEC? We’re looking for an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people succeed. If you believe you have the necessary qualifications and the right attitude to join our team, we’d love to hear from you!The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in using various payroll systems. Additionally, they should be a fast learner who can adapt to changing situations and processes and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be highly organized, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to multitask. They should also be customer service-oriented and have the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the payroll team.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll for employees in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Manage payroll data entry, auditing, and reconciliation.
Utilize various payroll systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain payroll records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and errors.
Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures.
Stay up to date on all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll processing.
Assist with other payroll-related projects as needed.
