- Accurately process payments from various sources including credit cards, checks, and online transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and concerns related to payment processing.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all payment processing tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies with payments.
- Keep detailed records of all payment transactions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient payment processing process.
- Continuously strive to improve and optimize payment processing procedures and systems.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements related to payment processing.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to payment processing.
- Collaborate with different departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure a seamless payment experience for customers.
- Handle escalated payment issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Payment Processing Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Payment Systems And Processes, Including Credit Card Transactions, Ach Transfers, And Online Payment Platforms.
Excellent Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Data Entry And Record Keeping.
Ability To Work Independently And Handle Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
