Payment Processing Specialist

You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our payment processing functions, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. We’re looking for someone who has the right qualifications, a professional attitude, and enthusiasm to take on this challenge.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of finance and payments processing systems. You should be detail-oriented and have a keen eye for accuracy. You must also be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of payment processing functions, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
2. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Monitor and review payment processing activities to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
4. Provide guidance and assistance to employees and customers in regards to payments processing questions.
5. Work with other departments to ensure payment processing is accurate and timely.
6. Investigate any discrepancies and provide regular reports to management.
7. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
