Job Description

Are you an experienced Licensed Healthcare Professional with a passion for training and development? TTEC is looking for a Licensed Healthcare Sr. Trainer to join our team and help us provide the highest quality of care to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training to our healthcare staff in order to ensure that they are well-equipped to provide exceptional care to our clients. We are looking for an individual who is skilled in instructional design, has a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, and has the ability to effectively lead training sessions with our team. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field• Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare setting• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or other applicable healthcare license• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards• Experience in instructional design• Ability to lead effective training sessions• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training to healthcare staff to ensure they are well-equipped to provide exceptional care to clients.
Develop instructional materials, such as presentations, job aids, and other resources to assist with training.
Ensure training sessions conform to healthcare regulations and standards.
Lead and facilitate effective training sessions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Track and document training progress.
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare staff and other stakeholders.
Monitor continuing education requirements to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay up-to-date on new healthcare regulations and standards.
Support and mentor new healthcare staff members.
