As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing customers with the highest quality healthcare insurance services. Our Agents are the first point of contact for customers, and you will have the opportunity to use your experience and expertise to make a difference in their lives. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing superior customer service and is a reliable problem solver.The ideal candidate for this position will have a current state insurance license, a proven track record of success in a customer service role, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also have the ability to remain professional and courteous in all interactions, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Responsibilities:

Obtain and maintain a current state insurance license.
Provide superior customer service to clients.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions.
Work a variety of shifts as needed.
Provide customers with information on healthcare insurance services.
Develop trust and rapport with customers.
