  1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the company's information assets.
  2. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
  3. Monitor and analyze security logs and events to detect and respond to potential threats.
  4. Design and maintain security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into new and existing systems and applications.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging threats to continuously improve the company's security posture.
  7. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and remediation.
  8. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the security of their systems and data.
  9. Train employees on security awareness and provide guidance on safe information handling practices.
  10. Proactively identify and address any compliance issues related to information security.
  11. Partner with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of security systems and tools.
  12. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the state of the company's information security.
  13. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure the availability and integrity of critical systems and data.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on information security matters and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to information security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Information Security, Preferably In A Corporate Or Enterprise Environment

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Security Principles, Protocols, And Technologies Such As Firewalls, Vpns, And Intrusion Detection Systems

  • Experience With Vulnerability Assessment Tools And Techniques, As Well As Conducting Risk Assessments And Creating Mitigation Strategies

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac Are Preferred.
