Design and implement secure identity and access management (IAM) solutions in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain IAM systems to ensure secure access to digital resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and incorporate them into IAM solutions.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of IAM systems to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities or security risks.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IAM technology to continuously improve and enhance existing systems.
Conduct user access reviews and manage user identity lifecycle to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any IAM-related issues or incidents in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain documentation for IAM systems, processes, and procedures.
Train and educate team members and end-users on IAM best practices and protocols.
Continuously monitor and analyze IAM systems to identify potential areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Identity And Access Management Systems
In-Depth Knowledge Of Iam Technologies Such As Active Directory, Sailpoint, And Okta
Experience Implementing And Maintaining Iam Solutions For A Large, Global Company
Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Iam Issues.
