  1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients' technical support needs, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
  2. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network related issues.
  4. Utilize a variety of tools and resources to effectively resolve technical issues.
  5. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  7. Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies and products in order to provide the best service to customers.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries and technical issues.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  10. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Help Desk Technician At Ttec Should Have A Strong Foundation In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Networking.

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential For A Help Desk Technician At Ttec. They Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Provide Friendly And Professional Support.
