Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join the TTEC team. Our ideal candidate is a customer service professional with a passion for providing excellent service to our healthcare clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide accurate information about products and services
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  4. Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
  5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  6. Document customer interactions in the customer service database
  7. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action when necessary
  8. Remain up-to-date with changes in the healthcare industry
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with product/service provided
  10. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
