Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Crucial For Providing Top-Notch Customer Service And Resolving Any Issues Or Concerns That Customers May Have.
Knowledge Of Travel Industry: A Deep Understanding Of The Travel Industry, Including Popular Destinations, Cultural Norms, And Common Travel Practices In Czech And Slovak Countries, Is Important For Providing Accurate And Helpful Information To Customers.
Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In Customer Service, Particularly In The Travel Industry, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With Customer Service Best Practices And Can Handle Any Potential Challenges That May Arise.
