Welcome to TTEC! We are currently seeking customer service professionals fluent in Czech or Slovak and English to join our team in support of Booking.com. As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to assist and interact with travelers from all over the world, helping them plan and book their dream vacations.   1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Assist customers with booking their travel accommodations and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
  3. Communicate with customers via email and chat to address any questions or concerns.
  4. Utilize customer service software and systems to accurately record and track customer interactions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to customers.
  6. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
  7. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve customer service processes.
  8. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while resolving customer issues.
  9. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and response time targets.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and provide feedback to management.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional service to customers.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential customer issues to prevent escalation.
  14. Uphold company values and represent the brand positively to customers.
  15. Assist with any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Both Czech And Slovak Languages: As A Czech Or Slovak-English Travel Customer Service Representative, Proficiency In Both Czech And Slovak Languages Is Essential In Order To Effectively Communicate With Customers From These Regions.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Crucial For Providing Top-Notch Customer Service And Resolving Any Issues Or Concerns That Customers May Have.

  • Knowledge Of Travel Industry: A Deep Understanding Of The Travel Industry, Including Popular Destinations, Cultural Norms, And Common Travel Practices In Czech And Slovak Countries, Is Important For Providing Accurate And Helpful Information To Customers.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In Customer Service, Particularly In The Travel Industry, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With Customer Service Best Practices And Can Handle Any Potential Challenges That May Arise.

  • Adaptability And Problem-Solving Skills: Working In A Customer Service Role Requires The Ability To Adapt To Different Situations And Think On Your Feet. A Czech Or Slovak-English Travel Customer Service Representative At Ttec Should Be Able To Handle Unexpected Situations And Provide Quick And Effective Solutions For Customers.
