  2. Work remotely from any location in the USA, utilizing technology and resources provided by TTEC to effectively communicate with customers.
  3. Represent TTEC in a professional and positive manner, maintaining a high level of integrity and customer satisfaction.
  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of TTEC's products and services in order to accurately address customer needs and inquiries.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practices for customer service.
  6. Actively listen and empathize with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  7. Use effective communication skills to clearly and concisely convey information to customers and team members.
  8. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
