
Correspondence Team Lead, Service Delivery

- Oversee a team of correspondents and ensure efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries.
- Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and communication among team members.
- Hire, train, and onboard new team members as needed.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent Written Communication Skills: As A Correspondence Team Lead, The Individual Must Possess Exceptional Writing Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members Through Written Correspondence.
Strong Leadership Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team Towards Achieving Service Delivery Goals.
Customer Service Experience: A Background In Customer Service Is A Must For This Role, As The Correspondence Team Lead Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Inquiries And Ensuring A Positive Customer Experience.
Organizational Skills: This Position Requires A High Level Of Organization To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks, Such As Responding To Customer Inquiries, Tracking Correspondence Metrics, And Managing Team Schedules.
Knowledge Of Ttec Systems And Processes: Familiarity With Ttec's Technology And Processes Is A Key Qualification For This Role, As The Correspondence Team Lead Will Be Responsible For Implementing And Adhering To These Systems To Ensure Efficient Service Delivery.
