- Oversee and manage all aspects of the logistics and fulfillment processes within the company.
- Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or excesses to appropriate parties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Create and maintain organized and accurate documentation of all logistics and fulfillment activities.
- Monitor and track shipping and delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics and fulfillment processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve any issues related to logistics and fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and fulfillment.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols related to logistics and fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with all team members and provide regular updates on logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by meeting or exceeding logistics and fulfillment goals and objectives.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all interactions with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics And Fulfillment, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Volume Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Logistics And Supply Chain Management Principles, Including Inventory Management, Shipping And Receiving Procedures, And Warehouse Operations.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, Is Preferred.
