Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team.As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while simultaneously resolving customer inquiries and issues. You should have a strong customer service orientation and be able to effectively handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns.The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to think critically and solve problems. They should also be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong technical background and knowledge of computer systems and applications.If you have a passion for customer service and strong problem-solving skills, then we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities of a Chat Customer Service Representative:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  3. Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Utilize computer systems and applications to best serve customer needs.
  5. Remain up to date on customer service processes and procedures.
  6. Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  7. Maintain customer records and provide accurate and timely responses.
  8. Adhere to TTEC policies and procedures.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and suggest solutions to improve customer experience.
