You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while simultaneously resolving customer inquiries and issues. You should have a strong customer service orientation and be able to effectively handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns.The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to think critically and solve problems. They should also be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
