Job Description

TTEC is looking for a highly qualified Business Intelligence Looker Architect to join our team of data professionals. We are looking for someone who is an expert in Business Intelligence and data interpretation with a passion for developing and maintaining complex data visualizations and reports for our clients. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to transform data into meaningful insights. This role requires an individual with a high-level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Design and develop complex Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Looker
Develop and maintain Looker models, dashboards, and reports to meet customer requirements
Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends and provide insights
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that BI solutions meet their business needs
Research and identify emerging trends in BI technology
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BI best practices and industry standards
Monitor and troubleshoot BI processes and systems
Collaborate with other team members to develop efficient BI solutions
Document and communicate BI processes and solutions to stakeholders
