Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Insurance Customer Support Associate - Spanish to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide Spanish-speaking customers with unparalleled customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Spanish-speaking customers with friendly and professional customer service.
  2. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and fluency in both Spanish and English.
  4. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to their inquiries.
  5. Utilize effective problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions.
  7. Remain up to date on insurance products and services.
  8. Assist in training new customer service associates.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  10. Demonstrate a passion for customer service and helping others.
