In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your language skills to assist and communicate with our Spanish-speaking customers.   1. Utilize fluency in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Serve as a liaison between the company and Spanish-speaking customers.
  5. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  6. Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey information to customers.
  7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
