Job Description

TTEC is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative with native-level Spanish to join our team. This role requires a strong customer service background and the ability to communicate with customers in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
  2. Utilize strong customer service and problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
  3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide resolutions to customer issues.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been addressed.
  6. Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  7. Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer service objectives.
  8. Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
