- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engagement strategies that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding workforce planning and allocation.
- Monitor and manage workforce budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management and implement relevant changes to improve processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for workforce initiatives.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports on workforce performance, engagement, and planning to senior leadership.
- Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Planning, And Engagement.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Experience In Data Analysis And Forecasting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Workforce Management Software And Tools, Such As Kronos Or Adp, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
