- Train and educate managers on effective workforce management techniques and strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants and vendors to enhance workforce management and engagement efforts.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior leadership on workforce performance and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to workforce management.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in workforce management and engagement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Planning, And Engagement In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Proven Experience In Project Management And Leading Initiatives To Drive Employee Engagement And Optimize Workforce Performance.
