- Develop and implement an efficient onboarding process for new wholesale payments clients.
- Manage the entire onboarding process, including coordinating with internal teams and external clients.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth transition to our services.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress and identify potential issues or roadblocks in the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any challenges and ensure a successful onboarding experience for clients.
- Conduct regular status meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates on the onboarding progress.
- Act as a main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Continuously review and improve the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to wholesale payments to ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential new clients and support business development efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all onboarding activities.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and reputation at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In Wholesale Payments Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Wholesale Payments Products And Processes, Including Ach, Wires, And Corporate Card.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Tight Timelines.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Partners.
