  1. Lead the onboarding process for new clients onto our payment platforms, ensuring a smooth and timely implementation.
  2. Manage all aspects of the onboarding project, including timelines, resources, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technology, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation to track progress and communicate updates.
  5. Conduct client needs assessments and provide recommendations for customized onboarding solutions to meet their specific payment needs.
  6. Coordinate and oversee the testing and validation of new payment processes and systems to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the onboarding process.
  8. Identify and escalate any potential issues or roadblocks that may impact the onboarding timeline or client experience.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the onboarding process, making recommendations for improvements and efficiency enhancements.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of payment systems and processes, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
