
Wholesale Credit and Portfolio Risk Officer I

- Assess and analyze credit and portfolio risk for Truist Financial's wholesale lending portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure the overall health of the portfolio.
- Monitor and evaluate credit exposure, collateral values, and loan covenants to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement risk management solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to credit and portfolio risk management.
- Conduct thorough credit analyses, including financial statement analysis, to inform lending decisions.
- Communicate risk assessments and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their risk profiles and provide tailored risk management solutions.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to credit and portfolio risk management.
- Lead risk management training and education initiatives for team members and other departments within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management Within The Wholesale Lending Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Credit Analysis And Financial Statement Analysis.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Credit Risk Management.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Credit Decisions And Recommendations.
