  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform planning and implementation strategies.
  11. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and enhance team performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Business Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Wholesale Banking Products And Services, Including Lending, Cash Management, And Trade Finance.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
