Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Business Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Wholesale Banking Products And Services, Including Lending, Cash Management, And Trade Finance.
Proficiency In Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
