- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide personalized banking solutions to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Assist clients with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to clients.
- Stay updated on bank policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Universal Banker At Truist Financial Should Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education To Be Eligible For The Job.
Relevant Banking Experience: Truist Financial Prefers Candidates With Previous Banking Or Financial Services Experience For The Role Of A Universal Banker. This Experience Can Include Working As A Teller, Customer Service Representative, Or In A Similar Role.
Strong Customer Service Skills: The Role Of A Universal Banker Involves Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including Communication, Problem-Solving, And Relationship-Building Abilities.
Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services: As A Universal Banker, One Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Banking Products And Services, Such As Checking And Savings Accounts, Loans, And Credit Cards. This Knowledge Will Help In Providing Accurate And Efficient Service To Customers.
