  1. Maintain and troubleshoot all aspects of the company's unified communications technology.
  2. Provide timely and reliable technical support to employees and customers in regards to unified communications tools.
  3. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of unified communications systems to ensure seamless and efficient communication.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to unified communications.
  5. Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures to minimize disruptions.
  6. Assist with the implementation and integration of new unified communications technology.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in unified communications to make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Train employees on how to effectively use unified communications tools and troubleshoot common issues.
  9. Document all technical processes and procedures related to unified communications for future reference.
  10. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns related to unified communications.
  11. Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with unified communications equipment or software.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Unified Communications: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supporting And Troubleshooting Unified Communications Systems, Such As Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, And Jabber.

  • Knowledge Of Networking: A Strong Understanding Of Networking Principles And Protocols Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Familiar With Lan/Wan Technologies, Routing, Switching, And Network Security.

  • Certifications: Truist Financial Values Employees Who Are Committed To Continuous Learning And Have Relevant Industry Certifications. Preferred Certifications For This Role Include Ccna Collaboration, Ccnp Collaboration, And Comptia Network+.
