Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of onboarding specialists to ensure successful onboarding of Treasury Solutions clients • Develop and implement strategies to ensure clients have a smooth and successful onboarding experience • Communicate with clients to build relationships and ensure their expectations are met • Monitor progress of onboarding process, identifying and solving any issues that arise • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ensure all customer data is accurate and up to date • Develop and implement procedures and processes to ensure onboarding meets compliance and regulatory requirements • Ensure team members are trained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to complete tasks • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner • Provide timely updates to management on the progress of onboarding projects • Monitor team performance and offer feedback and coaching as needed • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
