- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new and existing clients, ensuring all necessary steps are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation, ensuring a smooth transition to our treasury solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure all tasks are completed within established deadlines.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the onboarding process, working to find solutions and keep the process on track.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Continuously monitor and improve the onboarding process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in treasury solutions, using this knowledge to inform and improve the onboarding process.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for client onboarding and provide support when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client onboarding activities, providing regular reports to management.
- Represent Truist Financial in a professional and positive manner, promoting our brand and values to clients throughout the onboarding process.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Treasury Solutions And Cash Management Products And Services.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Client Onboarding Projects With Multiple Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Client Relationships.
