Transaction Manager - Commercial Real Estate

Responsibilities:

-Manage complex real estate transactions from start to finish -Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as an expert consultant -Stay up to date on commercial real estate market trends, financial analysis, and other industry developments -Handle multiple deals simultaneously and work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment -Ensure deals meet or exceed clients' expectations -Maintain exceptional communication and organizational skills -Provide regular updates to clients and team members on progress of deals -Conduct research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks -Identify and assess potential legal and financial implications of transactions -Negotiate terms and conditions of deals with clients -Provide guidance on closing documents and due diligence procedures -Perform financial analysis to assess the viability of potential deals -Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations -Maintain accurate records of all transactions
