  1. Develop and implement comprehensive and competitive total rewards and equity compensation programs that align with the company's business objectives and attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for all total rewards and equity compensation matters, collaborating with HR leaders and business partners to design and implement innovative strategies.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with industry trends and best practices.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations for total rewards and equity compensation programs.
  5. Create and maintain documentation and policies related to total rewards and equity compensation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Manage the administration and communication of total rewards and equity compensation programs to employees, ensuring understanding and engagement.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards and equity compensation programs and make recommendations for enhancements or changes as needed.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and developments in total rewards and equity compensation, and proactively make recommendations for improvements or changes to the company's programs.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement total rewards and equity compensation strategies for new initiatives or acquisitions.
  10. Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in the development and execution of total rewards and equity compensation programs.
