- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations for total rewards and equity compensation programs.
- Create and maintain documentation and policies related to total rewards and equity compensation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the administration and communication of total rewards and equity compensation programs to employees, ensuring understanding and engagement.
