  1. Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments of third party financial risks to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial data and trends to identify potential areas of concern or improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  4. Review and evaluate third party contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  5. Communicate and report on financial risk assessments and mitigation strategies to senior management and other stakeholders.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial risk management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of third party financial activities to ensure compliance and identify potential areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration in managing financial risks.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other team members on financial risk management best practices.
  10. Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to monitor and track key performance indicators related to financial risk.
  11. Identify and escalate potential financial risks and issues to senior management in a timely and efficient manner.
  12. Continuously assess and improve internal processes and procedures to enhance the overall effectiveness of financial risk management.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to financial risk management.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to financial risk management as needed.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the organization on third party financial risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Risk Analysis, Preferably In A Third-Party Risk Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Third-Party Risk Management.

  • Proficient In Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Risk Mitigation Strategies, And Creating Risk Management Reports.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Identify Potential Risks.
