- Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs for team members.
- Create and maintain training materials and resources to support team member growth.
- Identify and assess training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and prioritize training initiatives.
- Monitor and track team member progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and updates to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for team members.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs align with company goals and values.
- Communicate regularly with team members to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to meet the evolving needs of the team and the company.
- Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training resources and vendors.
- Prepare and present training reports to senior management.
Experience In Training And Development: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Designing And Delivering Training Programs For Teams, With A Focus On Readiness And Enablement.
