  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs for team members.
  • Create and maintain training materials and resources to support team member growth.
  • Identify and assess training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify and prioritize training initiatives.
  • Monitor and track team member progress and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and updates to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for team members.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs align with company goals and values.
  • Communicate regularly with team members to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to meet the evolving needs of the team and the company.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training resources and vendors.
  • Prepare and present training reports to senior management.
