
Sr. Incentive Compensation Configuration Consultant
Truist Financial is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Incentive Compensation Configuration Consultant to play a key role in delivering innovative compensation solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in compensation design and configuration, and the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a technical consulting role in Incentive Compensation Configuration. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a proven ability to translate customer needs into innovative solutions, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure incentive compensation solutions for customers that meet their unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative compensation solutions.
- Provide technical consulting services to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Solve complex customer problems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and document comprehensive solutions and processes to ensure accuracy in all solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in incentive compensation design and configuration.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss customer needs and solutions.
- Assist with the development of training materials for customers and internal staff.
