Extensive Experience And Expertise In Service Now Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Configuring, And Implementing Complex Solutions On The Service Now Platform. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Service Now Modules, Applications, And Features.
Strong Technical And Business Acumen: The Service Now Architect Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Both Technical And Business Aspects Of The Truist Financial Organization. They Should Be Able To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions And Provide Recommendations For Process Improvements.
Service Now Certifications: Truist Financial Requires Its Service Now Architects To Have A Minimum Of 2 Service Now Certifications, Including Service Now Certified System Administrator And Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist. Additional Certifications Such As Service Now Certified Application Developer Or Service Now Certified It Service Management Implementation Specialist Are Preferred.
Project Management Skills: The Service Now Architect Should Have Experience Managing Projects From Start To Finish, Including Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, And Deployment. They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills And Be Able To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Key Member Of The Truist Financial It Team, The Service Now Architect Will Be Required To Communicate And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Users, It Teams, And Vendors. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Guide And Mentor Junior Team Members And Effectively Manage Relationships With Stakeholders.
