  1. Develop and implement innovative solutions using the Service Now platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing and improving existing Service Now processes.
  4. Serve as the subject matter expert for all Service Now related projects and initiatives.
  5. Stay updated on the latest Service Now features and functionalities, and provide guidance on how they can be leveraged to improve business processes.
  6. Identify areas for process automation and work towards implementing efficient and scalable solutions.
  7. Lead the design and development of Service Now integrations with other systems and applications.
  8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  9. Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in all Service Now development activities.
  10. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  11. Create and maintain technical documentation for all Service Now solutions and processes.
  12. Participate in the testing and troubleshooting of Service Now applications and integrations.
  13. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Service Now technology.
  15. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks in the Service Now development process.

  • Extensive Experience With Servicenow Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Capabilities. They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Servicenow Solutions.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Servicenow Architect Should Have Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Scripting And Programming Languages Such As Javascript, Html, And Css. They Should Also Have Experience In Integrating Servicenow With Other Systems And Applications.

  • Project Management Experience: Truist Financial Is Looking For A Servicenow Architect Who Is Able To Manage Complex Projects And Deliver Solutions Within Tight Deadlines. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management Methodologies And Should Be Able To Lead A Team Of Developers And Engineers.

  • Servicenow Certifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Relevant Servicenow Certifications, Such As Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, And Certified Application Developer. These Certifications Demonstrate A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In The Servicenow Platform.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Servicenow Architect, The Candidate Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
