Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Service Now Administrator Or Similar Role
Thorough Understanding Of Service Now Platform And Its Modules, Including Service Management, It Operations Management, And Hr Service Delivery
Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Service Now Integrations With Other Systems, Such As Itsm Tools And Hris
Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Issues And Provide Effective Solutions Within Tight Deadlines.
