- Design, implement, and maintain the Service Now platform to meet the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Service Now applications and modules to meet business needs.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the Service Now platform.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration and customization specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Service Now platform.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the platform.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service management and Service Now.
- Collaborate with vendors and other external partners to ensure smooth integration and functionality of the Service Now platform.
- Train and support end-users on the use of the Service Now platform.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Maintain data integrity and security within the Service Now platform.
- Act as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks within the Service Now platform.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Service Now Administrator In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Service Now Certification (Administrator Or Implementation Specialist) Is Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Best Practices For It Service Management.
Experience With It Service Management Tools And Processes, Including Incident, Problem, Change, And Configuration Management.
