  1. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that all products meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to drive the development and delivery of innovative products.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  4. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market research.
  5. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  6. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Act as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries and escalations, providing prompt and effective resolution.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to product development and launch.
  10. Mentor and coach junior product team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product ownership, and apply them to improve our processes and products.
  12. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management Or Product Ownership Roles, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Demonstrated Success In Launching And Managing Multiple Products Throughout Their Lifecycle.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodology And Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Product Strategy And Roadmap Development Based On Customer Needs And Market Trends.
