- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps in line with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to bring new products to market.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve and optimize the product.
- Act as a subject matter expert and go-to person for all product-related questions and inquiries.
- Train and mentor junior product owners on best practices and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Product Owner Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Multiple Products From Conception To Market.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies And Product Development Processes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
